Refund Policy

Our Store stands behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. We have a 30 calendar days policy to return, which means you have 30 days from the day you received your package.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping will be your responsibility.

We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product. If you want to initiate a return/refund, please send us a photo of the product(s) you’ve received with the return request If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled 2 hours after placing them. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Some of our items are made per order, therefore, such items are not exchangeable.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops receives the following guarantees:

  • Full refund if you don’t receive your order;
  • Full refund if your order does not arrive within 45 business days;
  • Full or partial refund if the item is damaged;
  • Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
    • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
    • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You can submit refund requests by writing to us If your refund is approved, a refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Lost/Stolen Packages
Intervaloutfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our tracking.
